Fireback Feet

The Fireback Feet came quickly and work very well with the Grape Vine Fireback that was also purchased form Woodland. I have been using them for some time now and they work great.

A better description of the fire box dimensions would be helpful in determining the necessity of buying these. There is nothing wrong with them per se.

A little too long...

Those were too long to hold our fireback correctly so we had to return them. We got very good customer service though and had no problem with the return.

Just what I needed! I wanted to protect the back of our premade fireplsce since it was cracked and about to collapse. This fireback was just the right size and vastly improved the looks of our fireplsce.

These fireback feet holds the fireback securely in place. I suppose the weight of the fireback would keep it from falling forward, however, nice to know that will not happen with the fireback feet.

Poor match

Feet were listed as an accessory item for a Medallion fireback. Feet do not hold fireback at proper angle and the fireback must be leaned against the back of the fireplace.

Fireback Feet

The Fireback I ordered works very well. The Fireback Feet I ordered come with (2) two to the box which is not mentioned on the website description. I ordered (2) two feet to hold the Fireback upright and when my shipment arrived I had (2) boxes with (2) support feet in each box. At $25.00 per box I now have to figure out how to send them back for credit. Other than that; all works very well.

Had to return

There is nothing wrong with this product. But we have a shallow fireplace and the way the feet angle the fireback towards the back of the firebox and the distance when the feet are placed against the back of the firebox made the area for the fire grate and logs too small. I would have preferred feet which hold the fireback straight up and down instead of angled backwards. But, again, this is a good quality product if you have a deep fireplace and you wish for the fireback to angle towards the back of the fireplace.

I have yet to try the system in the fireplace but the feet sure hold the fireback with stable endurance. They are quite the solid items.

Don't fit

These feet don't fit the firebacks they are suppose to host. The openings for the fireback are too wide (deep) to hold the fire back at a reasonable angle... As a result the fire back will lean backward way more than useful... If you absolutely wants legs - look for better designed ones

This set Fireback feet is a great value. They support my Fireback very well and don't take up much room in the fireplace. When buying a Fireback for your fireplace make sure you get the proper height. I had to lift mine up with bricks to get the Fireback up to the proper height for my fireplace. Even with the bricks this feet set held the Fireback firmly in place.

As advertised. A bit longer in the back that I expected and I had to find a slightly smaller grate for the firewood, but really not a problem

Review

Unfortunately, these feet aren't very functional for me. I found it much easier to simply lean the fireback against the f'place wall. It's not going anywhere. Also, there is a parting seam on each foot preventing them from sitting flat on the floor. Although not a real issue once the back is nested in them, I thought it a bit unfinished. I'm sure that for some situations, they are very useful.
