I had purchased the hearth rug for a condo we have. The product stayed in the box until we made the trip to add the finishing touches to a renovation to the unit. When I opened the box, for the first time, I was disappointed in the workmanship. The color and weave were fine; however, the binding, I think, is substandard. Also, when the binding was stitched, there were several places on the underside of the rug where the binding was not sewn. In all likelihood, the rug will not hold up in the rental unit.
