The product and service were excellent, but the really important factor here is that this is the only large, 5-panel fireplace screen I could find! It's just great that Woodland Direct makes it available to those of us who have a large fireplace opening - so thanks for that, Woodland Direct!

The fireplace screen is sturdy but not very large. In fact, it is no larger than my old regular size thirty year old screen. The front long pole to support screen is slightly crooked, but I can get away with using it without it being too noticable. So, my overall rating cannot be any more than a three. Better quality control is needed.
