Fire Screen

Actually, I am very disappointed with the screen. I t is much darker than I expected. When I placed it in front of my fireplace it dissapeared. I was expecting it to be more of a gold color. It is also too small. IF THE SCREEN HAD BEEN LARGER AND GOLD, I WOULD HAVE LOVED IT. I would like to return the screen and make another selection.

This added a needed touch to my non-working marbe fireplace. It really adds some softness. It arrived on time and I would recommend the seller to anyone.

What an outstanding piece. We have a non-working fireplace that are so prevalent in Chicago, which is on the small size, so most screens overwhelm the opening. This screen fits perfectly! Looks great with a few pillar candles burning behind it. The screen is slightly darker than shown... less golden more bronze. The birds are nicely rubbed to highlight them. For those with a working fireplace it truly is a summer screen but can be used as a decorative accent during the cooler months when a spark screen is in use.

This is a beautiful screen that we're using for a fireplace in our frontroom. It is very sturdy and well made. It does not provide a lot of coverage, but we were looking for something more decorative so it works out perfect for us. The transaction with woodland direct worked seamlessly and our screen arrived very quickly.

The summer fireplace screen worked great. I put birch logs in the fireplace and the screen was very satisfactory. It solved the problem of the black hole of the fireplace in the warm months. Thanks for all the other comments which helped me to decide on the purchase.
