You guys were great to work with! I found the web site very easy to navigate and the choices of styes well represented. My flue cap was built exactly to my supplied measurements and fit my chimney perfectly. A great architectural finish to my remodeled home.

Was not what I was expecting- the material was very thin and crated poorly! the mounting legs were damaged as the cap was not tied down properly. We are working with rep to fix. he wants us to repair or they will need it shipped back to repair in Ca. We are in NC and this process has been drawn out already, very disappointed and probably will not do business in the future with your company.

Artisan WRIGHT cap looks great!

Purchased 8'x3.5' cap to sit on a 4 flue chimney. Installed with a crane as size was too big to carry up. End result is fantastic. I already received an inquiry where I had it made. Thank you for a great job!

The craftsmanship was poor the metal was very thin and when the assembler put a screw in the wrong spot he just left the hole and put a screw next to it. for the money i paid the product is not worth the money

This chimney shroud was everything I expected and more. It is well made, the custom size fit our chimney perfectly, and it looks great! It was incredibly well crated and boxed and while it took me a good hour to unbox it, it arrived in perfect condition. Really appreciate the help and service from Woodland Direct. Thanks guys!
