The workmanship on the cap is very good, but I have tried to contact both my salesman and your customer service department by email with no reply from either. The cap is too tall for my installation (outdoor grill), and it either needs to be reworked or I will have to reorder. I am disappointed with the lack of response and have been looking for another supplier. Please contact me if you have anything to offer.
