8" diameter 12" length chimney pipe
This was my third order from Woodland direct. I needed pipes to redo my woodstove and a neighbors. I really like the way these pipes are welded (the seam is hardly noticeable), and all the pipes I've ordered had no scratches. It's still summer so I haven't had a chance to burn yet and I am hopeful they don't release odors as the description promises. On this order, the pipe I was sent was a 6" diameter not an 8". I sent an email to customer support and they responded within 24 hrs. They asked for a picture of the pipe or shipping box label which I sent them. Two days later I received the correct pipe with no request to return the 6" one. I am very satisfied with Woodland Direct's response to this mistake.
