Almost completely satisfied

I ordered more than a vent top, I also ordered a full fireplace (Superior WCT3042 Wood Fireplace) chimney pipe as well as the variable speed fan. I worked with James D, for teh order processing. He was very helpful and was able to get everything that I needed. The price was good. And he gave me some tips on the shipping process. Those tips came in handy because my order came in with damage. I contacted WoodlandDirect and they had another order placed and shipped to me with very little delay. Great customer service. I am very satisfied with the fireplace and components. The fireplace is well built and is attractive. One complaint that I have is with the blower. It is a cheap piece of junk. It is very noisy, and it hardly moves any air. The cord from the blower to the switch is very short and just barely reaches the switch opening. I doubt that we will ever use this fan unless we want the white noise that it offers. If not for the fan, I would be more than satisfied.
