I needed to replace my stove pipe and decided on double wall. It wasn't required for clearance proposes. I decided to spend the extra as compared to doing it with standard single wall stove pipe because This system in the long run will be more economical. I have replaced the single wall pipe 3 times since installing and had I done install with the double wall with stainless steel inner pipe originally I would definitely still would be using same pipe. I also shopped for the best price and found that at woodland direct. My order was processed and shipped the same day and arrived in 2 days
did not go together
i called you back regarding the telescopic pieces, and that a crew that installs these on a regular basis, could not get the 2 pieces to go inside the other. i spent 2 hours after they left, even pulling up videos on utube, just to see if we were wrong. nope. they do not go together, so i am going to have to take another route. due to the fact i just returned an additional piece i ended up not needing back, and due to a small dent in shipping will not be getting a refund for this $200 piece, i will not be returning the telescopic pieces, as i do not want anything to happen to them during shipping. i am very frustrated, as now you have a $200 piece i bought that you can't knock the small dent out of, keeping me from my refund, and the 2 telescopic pieces i still have do not go together, so i'm at a standstill. i am not rich, but after my refund, i was going to purchase a baseplate on the stove that i didn't know i needed until my crew told me i was missing it. i will not be getting this from your company, due to this other issue. i purchased $997 dollars from you, and mailed the piece back in the same box it came in. i do not see how a dent to the piece happened in that box?? so you wanted a statement, you got one. i would be happy to get my refund on the additional piece, and for someone to give me instructions on how to put the telescopic pieces together. the man, "mark" whom i purchased this piping from, told me he would send me instructions on that part, but i never received them.

Ordered double wall pipe and fittings. Everything shipped fast and accurate. It fit very well and went together great. The installer I had help me was impressed. He said he should look at getting his stove pipe from Woodland.
