Terrible implementation. Ordered 7" diameter, they shipped 8" diameter pieces the first time, then two IDENTICAL pieces (i.e., NOT "telescoping") the 2nd replacement, and finally, on the third replacement, got it right. Manager decided not to ship expedited replacement on 3rd try, even though winter, and ~ 2 weeks without a working stove, saying that "they'd already lost money on the order, and couldn't justify additional shipping cost." Manager's decision LOST the "hearts and minds" of this customer, and those I'll talk to, when he could have handled it reasonably, and properly, looking at taking care of the customer, (who bought $900.00 stove with the chimney pieces) and built customer relations, instead of a few bucks more for expedited shipping.

Telescoping Pipe

This pipe is AWESOME. Thirty years ago when I first installed my stove pipe, I had to measure, cut, re-measure, re-cut, and hand crimp the flange to make the pipe fit. This time, I just slipped the bottom of the pipe on top of the last pipe in the stack, slid the telescoping section up to match the top, and voila, no hassle, no hand cuts, and a perfect fit. High Quality, Fast Shipping

After looking at the selection stocked at the 'big box' retail stores, I decided to go with Woodland Direct. I'm glad I did. The quality is excellent, heavy gauge, welded seams etc. I am using this to vent diesel fumes from a heater installed in a vehicle. I needed the telescoping piece to allow the exhaust to be slid out the side door when in use, and then back in afterwards. This is a heavy gauge, high quality item.

This pipe is very well made and heavy duty. Did not off gas on first heating. Weld is virtually invisible. Used to replace my old big box store crimped stove pipe and glad I did.
