I was very disappointed and annoyed. My package arrived and it was a cardboard box that was covered in tears and had cleally been opened and banged around quite a bit. I could see my items through the many holes in the cardboard. The box was ultimately held together by a piece of cord wrapped around the center of the box. The top end and bottom end of the box were not contained and items began to slide out as I tried to stand it up to check the and irons.I've never received a package in such a state before. Very disappointing.
