From online browsing to order receipt, I was highly impressed with WoodLandDirect. Finding the product I wanted was very simple (site easy to navigate) and ordering was even easier. The product was shipped/arrived in a timely manner. The product was exactly as seen online...absolutely beautiful. The only negative thing...if you can call it that...is you must pay attention to the measurements provided. Once received, we noticed that the product was slightly smaller than expected. Unfortunately, this is the only size the product is available in.....overall it was a great shopping experience and I would recommend WoodLandDirect to others.

I bought this for my son for Christmas and he was thrilled. The product was wonderful, although, the packaging was poor. It was ripped when delivered and the top piece of the set was missing. My son didn't want to trouble me, so, when he realized his old top fit the new one and he left it at that. If we could get the new top, it would be awesome. We still love your product and would recommend your company. Thank you for this opportunity, Fran McKinnon

The set was fine, but missing 2 pieces. When I wrote a comment, no one responded and it required a call. the pieces came after a hassel of indicating they were missing and I shouldn't be charged postage.

Wrought Iron Tools

Love the look and quality however the broom shreds and makes a mess rather than cleaning up a mess. We decided to keep the broom just for show and continue using the old brush which always worked great. We redid our fireplace and thought the tools needed an update as well.
