Fireplace screen
It looked nice but unfortunately was of very poor quality. It was all bent upon arrival with wires sticking out at the edges. It was almost as if it was made of aluminum foil or some similar substance.

Product is very nice we like it a lot, however one part of it was scratched up and dull and the other part was smooth and shinny. Woodland Direct responded quickly and is replacing the product. We will recommend Woodland Direct to our friends and family.

I ordered the fireplace screen in Sept 2012. After not receiving the product in over a month whereas my credit card was debited within one day, I sent an email to company notifying them that I had not received the fireplace screen. I received a response stating that would research and try to find out what happen to the order. Received another email stating order was never sent to their warehouse for processing and they will sent order and expedite order right away. Another week nothing through tracking number. I sent another email stating due to paying for something over two months ago and don't have products, I would like to cancel order. Received a response, you can not cancel order. Do not order from this company, they are not responsible after they charge your credit card. They don't do nothing extra to make it right. I will never order from Woodland Direct again. D. Fireplace screen 4 fold
This is a beautiful and functional fireplace screen that is well made. The space between the folds is small enough that sparks cannot fly out. The only suggestion is that the gap at the floor level be smaller, because some sparks did come out there at one time. But that is not something that would happen very often. Otherwise a great screen.

The order system with Woodland was very easy and provided full and accurate information about the transaction. The delivery was very prompt and the screen was very securely packaged and arrived quickly and in great condition. All that was necessary on my part was to open the box and place the screen in front of the fireplace!!!! No assembly required. The screen is such a beautiful addition to the room. My only regret is that I did not buy it sooner!
