Why Buy a Gas Log Set?

Gas logs replicate the cozy, relaxing ambiance of a wood burning fireplace, without the mess and maintenance. Some sets are cast from real wood logs found outside and hand-painted to bring out the textures and colors in natural tree bark. Gas log sets are affordable and very easy to operate, offering remote and smart controls. You can also choose from a wide variety of styles to match your living space, such as Birch, Charred Oak, Driftwood, and Juniper

Gas Log FAQs

Can gas logs be installed in any fireplace?

Gas logs can be installed in fireplaces designed for gas use or converted wood burning fireplaces. However, Ventless gas logs require a specific type of firebox approved for vent-free operation.

If my new house has Natural Gas, can I still use the Propane log set I bought for my old home?

It depends on the type of log set you have. Some Vented log sets can be converted from Propane to Natural Gas. However, Ventless log sets cannot be converted.

We recommend using a gas conversion kit to transform your Vented Propane log set into a Natural Gas unit. Make sure the conversion kit you buy has been approved by the manufacturer to ensure a safe installation.
